Poor, pathetic Boy.

So today we came back from a three-day weekend. Everyone was asking each other how their weekend was. How was ours?

Friday night, the little guy woke up every hour or so and ended up having a 102 fever and was shaking. It wasn't good. So, I stayed up with him and tried to comfort him and get him to sleep. After about an hour and a half, Tuck puts him back to bed. He gets up a couple hours later and goes to work.

The little one and I got up and he still didn't look that great. His fever was down though. We went and played bingo with my dad at the home and then I decided to take B-man to the doctor. Well, was I in for a surprise. He had pink eye in both eyes, fluid in both ears and and upper respiratory infection, which means that he was miserable, sounded like a screeching bird when he talked and had green, thick snot coming out of him constantly. (I know, more than you wanted to know, but I had to paint the picture.)

So, he was a poor, pathetic little guy all weekend. Since he was contagious, we didn't go anywhere. Mom watched him on Saturday night so I could attend Tuck's work Christmas party. It was nice, had a couple virgin bloody mary's and we were good to go.

Both Tuck and I had off on Monday and we had an early ultrasound scheduled to determine the due date of our little peanut. Since we didn't have an early one with B-man, I was excited and nervous to see this one so small. It is only about an inch big but it is moving around a lot and growing the arms and legs. It looks like a baby! It measured that we are due mid-August. So I am telling myself that I have a due week, since I was told I may go early this time. So anywhere from the 7-13 of August is when we may meet baby #2. We aren't going to find out the sex of this one either, which makes it fun.

Luckily, the little guy is feeling better and his eyes are clearing up really well. We have a family get-together with Tuck's family this weekend at a hotel. We are just trying to not get sick ourselves!
