Yuck!

Sometimes living in the Midwest gets really frustrating when it comes to the weather. Today I woke up to a mess of really strong winds, rain and all-out dreariness.

On the way to work I saw my neighbors' flagpole laying over the driveway due to the wind and a huge maple tree by the nearby elementary school ripped in half and laying across the street.

Thank God our tall pine trees stayed in tact throughout the night.

It is 73 degrees out but no one in their right mind will be hanging out outside to enjoy the warmth. Threats of tornados and strong thunderstorms ring through the news.

Tomorrow will be 60 degrees and still raining -- at lease we don't have snow...yet!
