My friend Brianne became a first-time aunt this weekend. Her sister-in-law went into labor a month early and had to have an emergency C to get little "Belle" out. She is a little precious peanut and I was so happy to hear they were doing fine.
Then little Belle started having troubles and she had to be flown to Children's Hospital, leaving her mom behind. She had to have open-heart surgery on her first day on Earth, but is a little fighter and is doing well.
Just makes me realize how thankful I am for my healthy little guy. I had such a "normal" and "easy" delivery. I am so lucky to have him.
My thoughts and prayers are with little Belle and her family.

Not having kids yet, I love hearing about "normal" and "easy" deliveries. =) It sometimes seems like all you hear about are the stressful ones!
Beautiful boy.
My normal was about 15 hours long with two and a half hours of pushing. So it was tiring! But we didn't have any complications and that is all that matters.
gorgeous eyes on that little boy! mine has the same baby blues--i love them! praise the Lord for "easy" deliveries and healthy boys!
