The Not-So-Terrible-Twos
In the last post, I mentioned that the little guy is getting into the fun stage of terrible twos. Well, to give the boy some credit and let you know that he is still a sweetie, here are some of the cute things he does lately:
Since Tuck and I have had colds lately, we have been sneezing much more than normal. When we do sneeze, the little guy says, "Bless you, mommy, bless you." He'll even repeat it a couple times to make sure you hear him. Such sweetness.
When I get home and he and Tuck are already starting supper, I walk in the basement door attached to the garage and I can hear him shouting from the upstairs, "Hi, mommy!"
When it is time for bed and he tells us he doesn't want to take a nap, all we have to say is, "I'll race you to bed, you better get going." And he throws his 'banket' and 'nookie' down and takes off down the hall, giggling the whole way until he reaches and dives into his bed. Then we snuggle him up and say goodnight.
Even though the terrible parts of two's aren't fun, I wouldn't trade it -- for these sweet parts are just priceless.

That pretty much describes the phase we're in too!
