Summer is Here!

Well not technically, but mentally it feels like summer.

We had a four-day weekend and Tuck's brother, sister and brother-in-law came up to visit. We had a nice time together and went mini-golfing, to a baseball game, played outside a lot and ate a lot. What more could you ask for? All of us were exhausted by the time the weekend was over and I don't think that I have recouped yet.

We have been spending our evenings outside after work playing with the little guy: basketball, baseball and helping/watching him ride his tricycle. It has been glorious out lately.

Tuck still is watering the grass a lot to keep it nice and green and we are in need of a new lawn mower thanks to our beautiful new grass.

School has been out for over a week and I have still maintained my 4.0 in graduate studies. Don't ask me how I do it, I feel that I will fall short every semester. I actually was saddened this time, knowing that a lot of my friends from the program will be student teaching in fall and I won't be seeing them. But only one more class for me and I will be done too.

B-man and I got summer haircuts last night. He has so much hair and we decided to go short for the summer, now he looks like he is four! What have I done? They cut a bit too much off mine as well, still hoping to be able to pull it up!

Tomorrow is June, holy cow, where has the time gone?
