Changes!
Well, not that much has been happening at our house lately, hence the little blogging. However, I was forced into the New Blogger, so we will see how that works out. So far, ok.
Valentine's day is usually my least favorite day of the year -- I have had interesting happenings on this day in the past or usually felt lonely and saddened by my lack of love. However, this year was a change of routine. Tuck had the day off, so I decided to take a vacation day and spend the day with the two loves of my life, he and B-man. It was great. We went out for breakfast with my mom and grandma, made homemade valentines, went sledding for the first time with the little guy, napped, and went to a great dinner at mom's house. A day filled with family was just what I needed to restore my love for the day of love.
Valentine's day was also a big day for the little guy. We decided to take the front panel off of his crib so he is sleeping in the "day bed" style -- or the new big boy bed. And he is doing great! It's not like he has been climbing out or into his crib, he hasn't even once. But, we just thought, with baby on the way and in need of the crib, it was time to see how he would handle the transition. Since it is going so well, so far, hopefully he will be in a toddler bed in a couple months. Such a big boy!
Tuck is also going through some career changes lately. Things are still not official, but he will more than likely be accepting a new job in a new career that will bring him more time with us and no weekend hours, more flexibility and more compensation for his hard work. We are very excited! Since we have been married, about three and a half years, he has always had a job where he worked weekends and I have never enjoyed it!
So, that is all. I am getting into the semester more with school, things are moving along nicely. The belly is growing ever so slowly, still haven't gained much weight, which is great!
Headed to the in-laws' this weekend, finally get to see the new baby in the family -- and she is two months old. Have a great weekend.

Hi, my first visit to your blog. Nice place ya got here. Your little guy is adorable!
Take care,
Amy
I was jealous the moment you said you went to breakfast with your husband and son on V-day. I LOVE going out for breakfast, but my husband doesn't really eat breakfast so I don't get to do it that much. Glad you had a better Love day this year!
