In memory of Grandpa
Today marks two years since my dear grandpa passed away. I can't believe that he has been gone for that long already. So much has changed.
It was one of the hardest, saddest and tear-filled weeks of my life yet. He was much more than a grandpa to me, he was my second dad, my dancing and whistling grandpa who could fill the room with laughter and stories.
Luckily, Tuck, B-man (at 5 months old) and I got a chance to say good-bye to him the day before he passed away. I told him that I loved him and even though he could no longer speak, I saw in his eyes that he loved us too.
He is surely missed by a lot of people including my mom and grandma. But the memories live on.

I wish we could all just pass away at the same time so it wouldn't be so hard to lose someone.
